Fiona Wins First Event:
The first competition of the season took place on 18th Aprilat the Bedford Golf Club for the Past Captains Salver which allows competitors up to age 21. The conditions were windy and the greens very fast but despite this there were some excellent results. Elena Tizzard from Leighton Buzzard took 3rd place on countback from Lucy Mills from Wyboston, the runner up with 37 points was Louise Eddy from Leighton Buzzard but the overall winner of the Salver, with a super 38 points, was Fiona Cooper from Bedford & County.
