Welcome to the BLCGA Past Captains Pages.Membership of the B.L.C.G.A. Past Captains costs just £1 for any Past Captain of an affiliated Bedfordshire Club, payable to your club's County Delegate. There are matches throughout the year; particularly popular is our annual fixture against the Bedfordshire Men's Past Captains, which we lost in 2009, disappointingly relinquishing the crown. Our main competition of the year is the Past Captain's Annual Meeting, which will be held at South Beds on 23rd September. Current holder is Heather Nolan from Bedford & County. |

21.09.2009: PAST CAPTAINS: HEATHER IS THE HIGHEST OF THE HIGH SCORES: Most of us think John O'Gaunt is a hard course. Well clearly not our Past Captains, who made mincemeat of it with some stunning scores. Maybe they're just better than the rest of us! Heather Nolan from Beds & County won the day with 40 points, Barbara Haughey from John O'Gaunt won division 1 with 38 points, while Nita McArthy took the Carol Rose Trophy with 39 points.
