Handicap Seminars 2009

BLCGA Handicap Advisor, Heddwen Molloy, together with Margaret Watchorn, attended the National Handicap Seminar at Edgbaston at the end of January chaired by Wendy Taylor, Chairman of the National Handicap Committee. Following on from that it was decided to hold two meetings for Handicap Secretaries to pass on directly to the Bedfordshire clubs the information gained at that meeting.
